A £50 non-refundable deposit is payable to secure booking, this will then be taken off of the final balance, £100 to be paid at trial if applicable , the remainder of the balance to be paid at least 7 days prior to the event.

Payment can be made via cash, PayPal or bank transfer, unfortunately cheques will not be accepted.

If the client wishes to cancel 6 months or more prior to the event no further payments are required. If the client cancels under 6 months prior to the event full payment is required to cover losses.

A trial that is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged for at the agreed rate.

In the event of artist illness or unforeseeable circumstances a replacement artist will be provided.

Travel to trial or event will be free within a 10 mile radius, thereafter 40p per mile will be charged.
